The Y.C.F believes that children are the future and when Iamatiki Primary School was badly affected by the outbreak of the wildfires in July 2021, the Y.C.F made it a mission of theirs to aid the school.
The funds donated for the project were raised by the Y.C.F Gala Charity Dinner and Auction. The Foundation is proud to announce that the refurbishment of the school kitchen, fully equipped with modern electrical appliances as well as the renovation of a classroom into a professional cooking lab are now completed.
This means that the students will now be able to receive freshly made lunches in an enhanced learning environment.
The official opening ceremony was organised on the 27th of May in the presence of Mr John Christodoulou, his entourage and the Foundation Ambassadors Christian Moore, Film Director (the son of the famous actor Roger Moore), Constantinos Charalambides, successful international ex-football player and coach of the national U17 team and Eleni C, Singer/Songwriter.
