The Yianis Christodouloudou Foundation is proud for the huge acknowledgment of the Sistema Cyprus to join a video call with HRH Elizabeth II Queen of the UK and the three winners of the Commonwealth Points of Light award. Congratulations to Dr Nikoletta Polydorou for her voluntary initiatives and hard work. Congratulations to the whole Sistema Cyprus Team for ensuring access, inclusion and participation to music education for ALL children regardless of their colour, religion and background. The impact of this music programme on the lives of so many children is enormous. Our Foundation is proud to have supported Sistema Cyprus in its early stages with the purchase of 18 string instruments and to be supporting it again now with the purchase of percussion instruments to upgrade their orchestra. Well done to all children of the Sistema Symphony Orchestra for this great honour to perform for The Queen! Keep playing music! Keep dreaming! Keep fighting for a better future!
