On Monday, September 19, 2022 the Inauguration Ceremony of the first Ronald McDonald House Charities took place in Cyprus with many distinguished guests present. H.E Annita Demetriou, President of the House of Representatives emphasised in her opening speech that this is "a home away from home", a warm "shelter" that will offer free accommodation to the families of children who are being treated at Makarios Hospital and other Hospitals in Nicosia. The Yianis Christodoulou Foundation is proud to have supported the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMCH) by covering the purchase and installation cost of all electrical appliances in the common kitchen. By working together we can achieve more for the children in need.
