The Initiative Of The Foundation Were Presented On The Public TV Channel CYBC In Cyprus

The initiatives of the Yianis Christodoulou Foundation were presented last Saturday 30th of May 2020 on the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC – Public TV Channel) at the programme CYPRIOTS OF THE WORLD (ΚΥΠΡΙΟΙ ΤΟΥ ΚΟΣΜΟΥ).

The Founder, Mr John Christodoulou, presented the initiatives organized during the COVID-19 lockdown, both in Cyprus and the UK. The two main initiatives were: the provision and delivery of food packages to Greek Cypriots in need (elderly, disabled, single mothers and vulnerable) across the UK and the provision and delivery of thank you packs to 6,107 health workers in all 9 public hospitals in Cyprus.

Mr Andreas Papaevripides, President of the World Federation of Overseas Cypriots (POMAK) and Christos Karaolis, President of the Federation of Cypriots in the UK, commented on the voluntary work of the Yianis Christodoulou Foundation in the UK.
